Modread was formed in late 2008 and consists of Fami, Sapik, Jenk and Suki. They were united as a band in the Hot FM Twisties Bingit competition by the judges, and have been inseparable since. Together, the four went on to win the competition itself with their track, “Revolusi”. Since then, Modread has been busy gigging relentlessly, recording and ruling the radio airwaves.
Their most notable single is “Neeruza Ozawa” and it’s been on high rotation on HotFM, FlyFM, XFM and even nominated on Muzik-Muzik. The band is currently hard at work in the studios, recording their next album due out in July 2011.
